Servers:

  • 2 years or more as a server or bartender in a full-service restaurant;
  • Passion for hospitality and service;
  • Strong team player – must be able to partner with server assistants, peers and management to ensure an amazing guest experience;
  • The ability to have fun and be oneself at work.

The Location:

We are located right outside of Groton center on 61 Lowell Road across from Lawrence Academy.

  • The responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager include but are not limited to:
  • Exudes a high level of hospitality to our guests and employees;
  • Assist with hiring, training and developing new hourly team members;
  • Optimizes profits but controlling food, labor and beverage costs;
  • Provides leadership and direction to all team members – coaches in real time.
  • Event experience preferred but not required; 
  • Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or Service Manager of a full-service restaurant;

  • Upscale dining Garde Manage experience – minimum of 2 years preferred.
  • Knife skills – cutting, chopping, carving and dicing.
  • Prepares all cold food items according to recipe specifications and guidelines. 
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment.
  • Adheres to sanitation and safety guidelines.
